d) identification of the controller, the person in charge and the appointed representative according to art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may be made aware of it as appointed representative in the State territory, as data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

You have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data illegally processed, including any data whose conservation is not required for the purposes of collection or subsequent processing;
c) confirmation that the operations illustrated in points a) and b) have been notified, also relating to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement is impossible or involves costs which are disproportionate to the protected right.

You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
