With a rich background as pastry chef, Pierpaolo Portugal has trained at the prestigious CAST Alimenti school and has improved his skills in several famous restaurants in Italy and abroad. He worked for 5 years at Gelateria Edoardo in Florence, and there he learned that every creation must bring with it the highest quality and an authentic love for the art of gelato. He shared his knowledge as a teacher at the school Gelato Campus in Florence, contributing to training the next generations of talented Italian and foreign gelato makers. Today he is a member of the Barroccino gelato shop in Florence.
