With a pastry and chocolate chef education in his background, he becomes an expert in different kinds of dessert. He's been working in Finland where he refines his art. Since May 2016 he works as a pastry chef at Bravo France, while he keeps on collaborating with the R&D dept. and the Training section of Bravo teaching in courses all around the world.
