Of Brazilian origins, with a background of studies in history and philosophy, passionate about music, and most of all a successful gelato master; Carlos arrives in Italy in the early 2000s and immediately falls in love with the world of homemade gelato. Since 2015, he and his wife have managed the Copacabana gelato shop in Casalmaggiore, which stands out for its authentic, original and high quality creations, made with the most modern technology. To find new balances, he is not afraid of experimentation and risky combinations, because creativity is not only a talent but an art that must be always improved.
