CARLO ROVIARO

Carlo Roviaro works in the family business, Il Chicco di Grano and he grew up breathing the atmosphere and the scents of the bakery and pastry products.

After studying languages, Carlo started helping his parents in the laboratory, where he got his passion for dessert. He then moved to Alessandria, where he had the opportunity to work in the Maison Antonella atelier of chef Stefano Laghi.

Back in Vicenza, Carlo took over the family business, opening a new shop. In 2019, he participated in the 3rd edition of CakeStar Italia.
