Chef Gilles Carbone has always wanted to create something unique and natural. Since the beginning of his career, he's been looking for the perfect combination between natural ingredients and new lifestyles. Thanks to his efforts and to the several trips around the world between 2013 and 2016 he was given the Excellence Certificate by Gelato World Tour. That's a document stating the devotion in looking for and developing natural flavour, following the new market trends. He's also entitled as a Global gelato Ambassador. He's the owner of the Geko Gelato shop in Milan, where he produces an incredible variety of 100% vegan gelato.
